Scope: 12 luxury villas, each equipped with a DNTEK VILLA Series home elevator
Type: Machine Room-Less (MRL) traction elevators
Capacity: 320–400 kg, 3 to 4 stops
Design Features: Each elevator was tailored to fit the villa’s architectural structure, featuring a compact shaft layout, full-glass doors, and energy-efficient control systems. The interior cabins were finished with wood-grain panels and brushed stainless steel accents to match the Mediterranean design aesthetic.
Technical Advantage: DNTEK’s engineering team optimized the pit and headroom design to ensure seamless installation without structural modification, significantly reducing the renovation time for each villa.
Duration: The entire project—from on-site measurement to final commissioning—was completed within 60 days, under strict European safety standards (EN81-20/50).
